The Problem : Legacy civil engineering firms often have real physical capability undercut by outdated websites. In competitive bidding, slow load times can act as a silent disqualifier with modern procurement teams — a website that doesn't load fast enough can quietly cost real trust before a proposal is ever read.
The Solution : I built this as a bespoke Next.js application optimized for institutional trust and fast load times. Using a serverless data pipeline and dynamic rendering, it avoids the bloat that typical template builders carry — aiming for a premium, credible feel without sacrificing mobile performance.
The Result : The result is a production-ready site hitting a 97+/100 Lighthouse performance score, demonstrating what's possible when a civil engineering firm's website is built to match the precision of its actual work.
